Terms and Conditions for Online and Live In-Person Courses/Practice Groups/Training

 

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Online both On demand as well as live in-person courses/Support Sessions/Group Practice (“Course” “Group Practice” “Support Sessions”) offered by [ashoomodgil.com] (“we,” “us,” “our”). By registering and participating in the Course/Session/Group Practice, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Course Content and Access : The Course Content implies online on demand courses, live, in-person online instruction, practice groups and training related to the specified topic. The Course dates and times for live in-person courses are specified in the registration materials and will be held in accordance with the schedule provided. All materials required for the Courses will be provided electronically, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology and equipment to participate in the Course.

  2. Payment : Payment must be made in full before the Course/Training/Practice Group begins. We accept [payment made via Paypal].

  3. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Up to 14 days before the first day of class: Just let us know and we’ll refund your course fee. Or you can choose to apply the entire course fee towards a future class with us.Cancellations received 13 days or fewer before class begins: No refund, sorry.

  4. Intellectual Property: All content included in the Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and audio recordings, is our intellectual property and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of the Course content without our prior written consent.

  5. Disclaimer:  The information and materials provided in the Course are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical or professional advice. We make no guarantees as to the effectiveness or outcomes of the techniques taught in the Course. You are solely responsible for your own health and well-being, and you should always consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise or wellness program.

  6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Course.

Termination We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Course at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to your failure to comply with this Agreement or disruptive behavior. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund or any other compensation.

  8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Singapore].
